Roaming bills

My husband in Italy for a second month, has his Roaming off majority of the time as uses WI-FI at home. The bills are just ridiculous.

Are you asking a question, or just having a whinge? Hard to tell

WiFi won't let you make or take calls. Your husband can apparently afford to travel abroad for a second month, but a few weekly roaming passes (to enable unlimited network usage) are too much expense? Strange.

Upgrade to include roaming as the Sims are cheap enough.

Is your husband PAYG or pay monthly contract.
