Mobile servive

There are ongoing mobile service issues in my area and I'm struggling to make and receive calls.  I am moving soon and won't have access to wi-fi calling, I going to need to be able to make calls and I'm not getting the requested updates from ee. Can somebody please tell me when the problem is likely to be resolved?

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
