No signal in the USA

Hi, I'm in the USA but don't have any signal. I can't call the helpline, the online chat invitation never appears (no matter how long I wait) and I don't have Skype to call the helpline that way. Can anyone help?

Hi @Tyack15 

 

Log into WiFi and install Skype if you need to call EE. You will need to activate roaming and international calls on your account. Try: 

 

Log into your on line account and then Menu - Manage Device - make sure you have activated roaming and international calls.
Or
From the MyEE app Current Usage - Controls - activate use phone abroad and make international and premium calls.
