No service

No service for 2 days now. I got a new phone old number, transfer all everything from old phone to new phone. Have tried everything to get service but nothing. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Did you just transfer your working SIM from your old phone to your new phone? Does that SIM still work in your old phone?

What have you tried so far, what does "everything" include?

Yea I transfer my sim from old phone to new was working on old but have since re-set that one. Everything was turning on and a few time and also hard reset new phone. Going into my local store asap to get help as well.

Yes my local store did get it sorted thank you. New sim was needed. It did make me laugh thou due to the day I went to sort it out the signal was down in my local area 😂😂
