0345 are these numbers still in my exclusive minutes, so no cost if under my limit?

@Pansophy  You can call a 01, 02 or a 03 number from your call allowance. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

03 numbers are landline numbers.

So that does include 0345 not just 0300. There is a phone number I need to
dial and it suggests that the call would be 53 ppm.
