Currently in New Zealand. I have been paying for a monthly allowance and was told I was able to use my data, calls and texts whilst in New Zealand.
When I arrived I had no signal or data which hasn’t changed. I have been here for 4 days not being able to use my phone and I’m still paying for my allowance of which I have no benefits of.
I need help to fix this problem ASAP. I referred to the guidance on the ee website which I have had no luck with.

@Emilykenyondunn You can use your allowance while there but you need to have roaming enabled on your EE account in order to connect to a roaming network. Is that enabled?
you also need to purchase the roam abroad pass as this will allow you to use your tariff allowance while there. Have you purchased this ?
