Hi @Tifah,

Welcome to the EE Community. 🙂

Does your phone reconnect to the network if you restart it?

If not, does the network status checker show any problems in your area?

James

I have reset network. I have restarted my phone and still no service.
there are no problems in my location with other Ee customers.

Hi @Tifah,

Please visit ee.co.uk/contact-ee where you can chat with Technical Support online.

They'll be happy to help. 🙂

James

I have done that several times and halfway through they leave and ask for feedback.

@Tifah , just wondering, have you tried your SIM card in another phone, to see if the SIM card is faulty? Have you taken the SIM card out given it a wipe made sure where the SIM card is inserted is also clean and the SIM card is put in the slot correctly?

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

It would certainly be worth trying a 2-way SIM Swap.

Put your SIM into a known working phone, and the SIM from that known working phone into yours.

See if the problem follows your phone, or your SIM/account.
