I am currently in Greece, I have no service I’ve tried so many solutions

What solutions have you tried - can you be specific?

Are you on PAYG or pay-monthly? Has your phone worked in Greece previously?

Hi I pay monthly . I’ve never been to Greece before . I’ve tried turning roaming on , I’ve turned airplane mode off and on , I’ve turned on automatic networks , I’ve paid for a roam abroad pass and my phone just keeps saying no service

Hi @Kianni09,

Have you used your EE phone abroad before?

If not, did you text ROAMING to 150 to make sure roaming was activated before you travelled?
