No roaming Calls/texts Spain

I am already on holiday in Spain but am unable to make calls or send texts. I can use my data and receive calls. I have roaming turned on, the mobile network is set to automatic and I have restarted my phone a few times. I can't call Customer care as suggested in the text I received from EE so I don't know what to do.

@Bimby87   Did you enable roaming on your EE account?   This is what allows you to have a working signal when abroad. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

I can't find an option to enable roaming on my account. I had a text off EE when we landed and I took airplane mode off to say I could use roaming.

If you can receive calls & texts, this demonstrates you have a local network connection which would only occur by having roaming enabled.

An inability to send texts or make calls suggests you may have an international call bar active - this assumes you are on pay-monthy.

You may need to use another working phone or web-calling app such as Skype, to call EE CS.

I had to wait until I was back in the UK and call 150. Managed to sort it.

Monthly contract. Said everything was included as in the above screenshot of my plan from EE billing info. Found out the calls and texts was not including EU cuz of brexit or something. Had to call 150 and speak to someone once home.
