No internet despite full 5G

I had the issue with my old phone where the mobile data wouldn't work and location services, I got an upgrade thinking it was a phone issue and I still don't have mobile data connection despite it saying I have 5G and the network status is 'Excellent' - Never used to have issues this started about 5 months ago.

For my current location it says there is service disruption and should be sorted in 16 hours, however, I've had this issue since November.

I checked the status option for my home address where I also get the problem and it says there are no known issues
