Having an issue receiving my new pin to activate my new sim I have been sent, tried to phone and speak to someone from customer services but I am just sent text messages that don' help at all, anyone got any ideas on how i resolve this it would be greatly appreciated

If you’re not receiving a PIN to activate your new SIM, could you ensure you're somewhere with coverage and try restarting your phone with the new SIM inserted?
It's also worth trying the SIM in another phone, if you can.

If it’s still not activating or the PIN still isn’t coming through, please try getting in touch with our customer support team again. They can check the activation on your account and help get things sorted.
