New SIM card

Hi, I’ve got a bit issue, I’m abroad in Europe and my SIM card doesn’t work and also I forgot change the address, is there any chance anybody else pick up my new SIM card in your shop and send me that by mail? Thank you

Are you not able to change your address through your My EE account?

@peterhejc , did you activate and use your SIM card before going abroad? It has to first be activated here for it to work abroad.

Are you on pay as you go or monthly contract with EE?
