Ringing Dublin from Uk

i am trying to ring Dublin from the uk and it says calls are barred to this number so i bought an add  on for phoning Ireland . i am still barred . can anyone tell ne how i can ring Dublin and what code i put in .

Do you have the "call abroad & Premium rate" option enabled in your myEE online account?

A billing add-on is separate from the facility being activated on your line.
