Network not working

Hiya,

I can't recieve a text I need for 2 factor log in. When I try to message 150, that doesn't seem to work either. Looks like my whole network just isn't working. On 'My EE' there doesn't seem to be anything wrong with my number/network. 

I can't get any support as the only ways are through ringing or texting, which I can't currently do. Is there any way to troubleshoot this?? I really need access to my texts.

I'm sorry to hear you're having problems using your phone.

Does your phone show an EE signal in the status bar?

Is WiFi Calling turned on?

Does the Network Status Checker report any problems in your area?

I have full bars and coverage is reported as excellent. 

 

I don't seem to have an option for WiFi calling?

When did you last use your phone for a chargeable action, such as topping up, purchasing a pack or performing any activity that incurred a charge?

Does EE really just shut down your services without telling you?
