Network coverage

I am  currently in Seattle, Washington and my mobile broadband device (MiFi) will not connect. It is fully charged, I have removed the sim card and reseated it. It worked perfectly in Canada and in Alaska but for some reason will not connect here.

Hello @Andymumf

Do you have a phone with you which you can pop the SIM into?

How long have you been experiencing this issue?

Which network were you connected to in Canada & Alaska? And which network are you connected to now?

Unfortunately as it is a dongle being used you can not see what network you
connect to - its whatever it picks up.

Thanks Katie, turns out the device is not compatible in this area according
to the nice guy in T Mobile in Downtown Seattle. Sim is now in my phone
and works OK.
