Hi there, please help!
I’ve had this problem for months now. EE have been absolutely awful in finding a resolution and I can’t still receive calls from doctors/dentists/hospitals.
When they call my number it gives them an automated response that the number isn’t recognised, or it transfers them directly to a voicemail which is not mine. I get no notification of a call attempt or any voicemail, ever.
This only started once I switched to EE earlier this year.
I desperately need this resolved as waiting on hospital calls. EE cust service has been beyond useless in helping.
I have an iPhone 16max. All settings have been checked, all numbers unbarred, sim has been checked, network diagnostics have been run. PLEASE HELP SOMEONE!!!

I'm sorry to hear it has been so long since you received an update @Neil1301.
Please give us another call so our customer care team can chase the ticket.
It would be great if you could also keep us updated here on the community.

I have done everything. Even got a replacement sim. Tried it in a different phone, everything. There is some sort of block on nhs phone numbers being applied to my number from EE.
I have called cust services for hours, literally. I just passed around and promised the next person will fix it. None has fixed it.
I am waiting on important phone calls from the hospital about serious appointments and issues. This is pretty disgraceful service from EE.
I dont know what to do anymore. EE are not helping resolve this. Just keep passing me around

Did you provide some timed examples of calls that didn't ring, to help raise that single-user-fault? And were you given an INC reference?
When did you last receive an update on that INC ticket?

Yes I’ve done all of that. I’ve even had a replacement sim. The issue is 100% on the side of EE. They are preventing my number being accessible to NHS numbers.
I am waiting on phone calls about a heart issue that recently put me in an ambulance. This is crazy

Beside getting another SIM card from a different provider I don’t know what to do now. No one from EE will help solve this.
it’s incredibly stressful, putting me in danger, and taking up hours of my life

Even if this were technically possible at a core-network level, I fail to see what benefit EE would gain by intentionally invoking it.
Seriously though, if this situation is putting your life in genuine danger, it's not worth it. You've admitted to having a solution to what you say is a life & death scenario - it's a no brainer.

I obviously don’t think EE are doing this intentionally. But something on the network side is preventing NHS calls from reaching my number, and I need it resolved.
I have signed a contract with EE and pay a monthly fee. All I want is this issue resolved

And also, I’d advise you don’t put words in my mouth. Have I said it was ‘life and death’? Or have you said I said that?
I would advise to please keep professional and be helpful. If you can’t be helpful please connect me to someone that can be

You referred to being "put in danger", and your condition recently putting you in the back of an ambulance.
I'm happy to not take any further part in this thread, if my posts are causing you upset. I wish you well in resolving them.
