My phone won't connect to a network in USA

I'm in the USA and my phone won't connect to a network? I have the roam further add on.

I have tried to load the page where I can toggle roaming etc, but it continually says that there is an error, and all the toggles are blocked.

Any help would be much appreciated!

Thanks @Haydzilla

If this is still the same after 24 hours, please call us again and the team will get this looked into for you.

Leanne 🙂

Phone still not connecting, however now I can see on the myEE page where you can toggle the roaming on and off, it says blocked.

When I try to toggle it on, it just switches back to blocked automatically.

Hi @Haydzilla

Sorry to hear you're still unable to connect. It's weird that nothing comes up on a network search at all.

Are you with someone at the moment who does have a signal? Preferably with an EE/UK phone?

Chris

@Haydzilla , I have that, but know that mine is on ok, always has been, but if you are able to contact customer service, they can check this for you. There is a free number you can ring using Skype, by clicking on the contact EE at the top of this page, and they will be able to make sure that roaming is allowed.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

Try calling CS on the Freephone no. in my sig. on Skype over WiFi. It should be free.

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.

To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone
