My phone is not receiving messages from Portugal Gov

Hello, I can't receive authentication codes from Portugal Gov, and seems like other phone services are okay, any help regarding this?

Hey Steve, at the time I changed to giffgaff (O2 I think) and its been working to get the OTP from "Autenticação.gov" also when I need to use the "Chave movel digital" which was my main problem. Also my partner never had any problems with any of the Portuguese Gov OTPs and she's with Vodafone. 

I understand how frustrating this can be as you can't really do anything related to Portuguese Gov without this OTP and I couldn't find any way around it. 

Also suggest you keep the same number if you change provider as it is not easy to change it  in the Gov website (might need to call the Portuguese chave movel digital help desk to change the number) .

Thanks João - much appreciate your response - my wife is 8X and hasn't a clue how all this digital stuff works   God knows what will happen if I pass first as she needs to do Prova de Vida every year otherwise they stop her pension- its all most distressing
