Hi, I am no longer able to set up this card to my iPhone after successfully activating my EE sim card, I can't find the QR code or the entry to download ESIM in the app. I would like to ask if I should continue to wait and it will appear after a few days? Or should I contact 150 by phone?

Welcome to the community,
Click on the icon at the top right of the app, then click on settings and scroll down until you see Device and Sim, you should be able to do it there.
