My Smartphone is not receiving texts

Hello everyone. Recently my smartphone has not been receiving texts and I am unsure why. I have done a lot of Googling on this and have done many methods but, I am still getting the same issues. This is important for me because there are some sites that I am a member of in which when I enter my password I also get a text message which then gives me a code to enter. Please help; thank you.

Yes I have restarted my phone many times...still no joy.

Have you recently changed phones or made any changes to your EE account?

Are you in the UK or roaming?

I am in the UK. No I haven't changed my smartphone or my EE account.

I'd recommend getting in touch with our Customer Care team so they can check your account and help you further.
