hi
When people call me and it goes to voicemail the message they get tells them they have dialled 111 and they need to be connected to a Police Station.
I have tried setting my own voicemail up but still won't work.
Is it best I go into a EE store with this problem or has anyone else experienced the same thing?
Any ideas would be welcome
Thanks

Got through to 150
it was in my settings I had to go to :-
Call settings>Supplementary Services>Call forwarding>Forward when unanswered> this was indeed set to 101- you delete 101 and add the EE Voicemail number>update
It now correctly goes to the EE voicemail service.
I don't know how it was set originally to 101 though. All resolved now thank you for the replies/advice

Hi @Anne_68
Welcome to the community.
Has this happened to more than one person who tried to contact you? Have you tried calling your number from another phone, to see if you get the same message?

OK, thanks for doing that, @Anne_68
I recommend speaking with our Technical Support team on 150 as soon as you can. They'll be able to check the diverts from our side to make sure everything is set up and the calls divert to your voicemail correctly.
Please come back and let us know how you get on.

What phone do you have? I have a Google Pixel 7 and it has started doing it recently.

My Google pixel doesn't have these settings, but I did manage to sort it
out by calling EE who did a refresh of voicemail settings at thier end.
Hey presto it's now finally sorted.
Kind Regards
Martin
