Mobile sim broken

My mobile sim has had no network coverage for 24 hours. Ive reported this online and there doesnt appear to be a network issue which leads me to believe my mobile sim is broken. Ive tried all the help suggestions online and nothing is working. I cannot call EE to discuss this over the phone because the sime is not working and EE took my landline phone away when i changed to fibre broadbaned!!!! Is there an online chat function that i can use? I have looked online and cannot find anything.

Does your SIM get coverage in other locations? Do other EE users have service in your location?

my sim doesnt get coverage anywhere and other EE users are fine

Have you tried your SIM in another device?
