Hi I've payed my bill online but still can not call or text even to see , who can i contact with without using phone on text

It can take up to 24 hours for your services to resume after making a payment.
Have you tried switching your phone off and on?
If you are unable to call please use our Live Chat service which can be found in the EE app under 'Help'.
