Hi having terrible signal issues since losing WiFi calls as changed to Bt for internet. Any suggestions to improve re phone signal

Hi yes it's a network issues across the whole UK. I've had issues to connect to. So had to stay in to stay connected on WiFi. I use alot of what's app and social media for my connection and its been terrible. I just hope it's resolved by tonight and also EE compensation to all account holders for the inconvenience caused.

In amongst well-meaning posts referencing the current issues, this sounds like something different.

 

The mobile network signal is what it is, but what do you mean by "losing WiFi-calls as changed to BT for internet"? EE WiFi-calling works over any broadband connection, it doesn't need EE broadband.

 

If you can explain your issues, I'm sure some help can be offered.

Thanks for that info as I was told WiFi calls only worked with the same internet provider
