iPhone 13 & iPhone SE on an unlimited contract. Used for plumbing & heating business. Also had an iPhone XR on the same contract until recently.
All exactly the same.
No matter where we are- all over East & West Midlands, on a daily basis, people complain that they can’t hear us “robotic” or “under water”.
Apple CarPlay in a Transit Custom & Transit Connect- forget it!
AT LEAST half a dozen times a day, the phone calls cut out completely with ‘call failure’. More often than not, the sites that we attend, we will have little or no signal- all in different areas of Warwickshire & Leicestershire.
You cannot run a business like this. Absolutely ridiculous. Unless something is sorted, we’ll be going back to O2- especially after today- never had a problem with them, they were just a little more expensive.

Does your phone show "VoLTE" on the screen when you have these problems?
Do you know any other EE users in the same areas who have similar problems?
