Lost my minutes and txt

  • I am paying 4 50 monthly for 250 min and 500txt pet month. Yesterday I had this available together with data Today it has all gone to zero and I have only made one phone call and no texts. Any ideas

You can only rely on the 150 Text Service at the mo'. Text AL to 150.
