Lost all service in Spain

I'm currently in Spain and have lost all network service. It's been fine all week and ever since I downloaded an ee esim, I receive no signal/service on any sim. I've tried re-setting, turning off and on, manually searching network providers... but still nothing.

@jjkey88   You can not change to the  eSim while out of the UK.  Unfortunately nothing can be done to rectify this now.
