How did you make the payment? Are you able to give us a call from another phone?

I'm sorry to hear you are experiencing issues making calls, I know how important it is to be able to use your phone at all times.
Could you just confirm if this is happening in one area or multiple locations?
Is it just your calls that you are having issues with or are your texts and data affected too?
