Can not find live chat, I've been disconnected, i can't not call out, I've paid my bill, what else can i do?

I can't call out, it says no network selected, won't let me select network

I'm having same issue, can't call out, I've paid my bill, it says emergency only,

I'm sorry to hear you are experiencing issues making calls, I know how important it is to be able to use your phone at all times. 

Could you just confirm if this is happening in one area or multiple locations? 

Is it just your calls that you are having issues with or are your texts and data affected too?
