Did you mean:

Jump to Contract and 6 month without roaming

Switched from Pay as GO to contract. International roaming has disappeared. The problem was - to buy plane tickets - did not come SMS from the bank.
Went to the EE office. They said - wait 6 months, then you can turn it on. But everything worked for Pay as Go.
Can this be fixed earlier than in 6 months?

@PR09 , I would suggest you speak to customer service, you can ring them on 150 if you are in the UK.

I take it, you changed your pay as you go to a contract whilst in this country and that is where you are now?

How old is your SIM card and do you have a 5G enabled phone, as older phones are not 5G enabled, and if you have had your SIM card for several years, you may need a replacement SIM card?

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

@PR09   You need to be in a 5G area to get 5G and your device needs to support 5G and LTE is 4G.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

I'm in London. There is a 5G network here. The device is an iPhone 13Pro. But in my phone, the choice is only 3G or 4G.

@PR09 , how long have you had your SIM card, as old SIM cards do not have 5G and may need a replacing?

There is an eSIM.

@PR09 , I take it you are using a E-sim rather than a physical SIM card? You should get 5G with that phone, so not sure why you are not. Have you spoken to customer service?
