I too cannot send or receive texts from ANYONE. Including my bank
I also can no longer receive voicemails although people have left them. My phone is a Samsung A 50. Keeps saying unable to send message as service currently unavailable. Saying this for 3 months. Since May

Your post has been moved to a new thread. I think you have a few separate issues.
1: For sending text messages, check your phone's message service centre is set to +447958879879
2:Once the first is resolved, try sending a message to yourself. Do you receive it?
3: For voicemails, are you saying that messages left are not available? What happens if you dial 222 or speed-dial 1 - is the message available to retrieve? I suspect that you're just not getting notifications, which will be tied to the SMS issue.
Are you on PAYG or pay-monthly? I further suspect you may be a PAYG user and your line has been hibernated due to non-usage. Can you make & receive calls?

Hello. I'm on a pay monthly. I cannot receive calls or texts or voicemail.. it keeps saying I'm not registered on network.
The msg service number on my phone is +447958879879.
It's driving me crazy. I need to pay my rent but need to receive an OTP from my bank to do it. It's not just my bank that can't send me texts. They can hear my personalised voicemail message and leave one, but I don't get them. I can't call anyone. It's crazy.

"not registered on network" is the clue here, all your other symptoms follow from your phone not being connected to EE's network.
This will either be a coverage issue or an account/SIM problem. Coverage issues can be temporarily solved by using WiFi-calling, if your phone has a working WiFi connection.
Use your phone's network settings menu to do a manual network search - does EE show? If yes, try selecting it manually. If no - there is a network outage in your locality. Do you know any other EE users locally, and if so - do they have similar problems?

Just spent the last 90 mins talking to 5 separate people. Apparently my account was suspended. Yet I've been paying them by DD every month. They have unsuspended my account but it hasn't made any difference. They're sending me a new sim card. If that doesn't work I'm changing providers.

Be aware that will incur early termination charges if you're within your minimum term.
Just follow the technical escalation process to get a resolution, and log a formal complaint afterwards if you feel so led.

They'll have to sue me. I've switched. They effectively cut me off 2 months ago without notice. Use incurred petrol expenses because I've had to pay my rent personally for the last 2 months as I couldn't receive OTPs, I'm disabled and it's cost me. It almost cost me a house move too. SO...let them bring it on.
Thanks for everyone's help here. If you've been having issues, make sure they've not done the same to you.

Morning @SillyYak
I am very sorry you've been unable to receive texts and voicemail notifications, and I understand how important receiving the OTP's to make the rent payments is for you.
Could you let us know how you get on after you receive the new SIM card and if this resolves the texts and voicemail notification issue for you?
If you would like to open a complaint regarding your experience recently and get everything looked into, please complete the Make a Complaint form and one of the team will get in touch with you.
Thank you.
Leanne.

Considering that this has been ongoing since 2months, and a PAC realistically takes at least one clear working day from request to completing port-in... to achieve this within ~12 overnight hours of having a replacement SIM ordered is quite impressive.
There's more to this tale than is being explained here, most likely on both sides.
