hi, i have added on to my account the Roam Abroad Pass as i am travelling to the IOM next week. Do i have to activate it somehow when i arrive or will it automatically sort it out for me.

Hi @JCO65,
If you text ROAMING to 150, that will activate it and you should be all set.
You can also call Customer Services and choose options 1, 2 and 4 - the automated system will let you know if roaming is active and help you set it up if it's not.
