I'm abroad and cannot make outgoing calls I need to increase my spend cap

@Jackben09-     Has this at all been working for you ?   Where are you ? And did you enable roaming from within your online account?

Hi @Jackben09-

Thanks for coming here. 

Can you try logging into your My EE account online go to Menu > Account Settings > Parental and Data Controls > Enable Roaming and Make calls abroad from the UK > Do they both show as ticked?

Hi @Ianordish

Please see my reply above. Changing your spend cap takes effect from the next bill cycle. Pausing it should change almost straight away.

However, I would highly recommend keeping a close eye on your charges through your My EE account to avoid a large bill if you go for the 'pause' option.
