Hi ,
i seem to be getting mixed answers about this from different support people. I am currently on a SIM only Contract and would like to upgrade to a full works plan. On the website it says my upgrade date is 12th March, but the lady I spoke to on the phone said that it is only to upgrade from sim to a device plan? The other support agent said that it is 100% ok to upgrade my sim plan on 12th march? Not sure which information is correct here so any advice/ help would be appreciated.

@bdg0514 You can upgrade to another sim only plan if you choose to.

Thanks for the super quick response. I wonder why the support rep said i can only upgrade to a device plan and not to a new sim plan?
