Today when any EE contacts or numbers ring me they are told my number is unavailable or unobtainable
other network numbers can ring me no problems. Tried Tesco mobile, vodaphone, O2 and they all ring even though they are not stored in my contacts
strangely, my mother is on EE PAYG and can ring me - contract EE phones cannot
EE Numbers can still FaceTime and SMS message me.
i can ring them, FaceTime and message.
I have rang EE and a level 2 technician will ring me back.
I have reset the network - EE have refreshed from their end too
i have turned the phone off on
i have checked no numbers have been accidentally blocked
i have checked phone settings such as do not disturb, incoming calls to ALL
its phone XR
has anyone else has a similar problem
I really don’t want to have to factory reset the phone as I have too many photos that won’t fit in my cloud storage plan

Yes it’s sorted now
It was an EE problem
they had to refresh and do something from their end with my SIM card

Hi @Cr123
Welcome to the community.
It's good to know that the level 2 technical team are on the case, hopefully they can get to the bottom of it soon.
Keep us posted on what happens.
