If you don’t know your voicemail PIN or need to reset it, you can do this by calling your voicemail. Press and hold 1 to call it, then press * to skip to the main menu. From there, choose option 3 for settings and features, then option 3 again to change your PIN. Enter a new PIN and press # to save it.
