I have accounts in bank and tax in EU and I need to login in their services but they send OTPs and I am not getting them.
I am in the UK, on EE network. I do receive normal SMS from abroad but not OTP

@mtit0100 The sender needs to make sure that they are using the correct format for your number. If you are using a UK number it’s needs to be as 44 or +44 not a 0 at the start. The sender is also sending a message that might have a cost to them if you are using a UK number, you need to check with them that they can send to UK numbers and they have the correct format of your number.

In answer to your direct question of what "you" need to do to receive incoming texts, the answer is nothing. Certainly no more than you need so anything to enable incoming calls from abroad compared with calls from the UK.
If you have timed & dated examples of text messages being sent to you but not received, you should report those to EE-CS. They should be able to check SMS logs and see if those SMS are being received on EE's network or not.
You've not said, but presumably you don't have any problem with receiving texts from UK senders?

Yes I had no problems so far receiving text from uk senders I also do not have problems receiving normal SMS from the EU. The problem only seen so far for OTPs. I had a message sent today at 20:53 tha was not received

The number is correct There a special field for country code and a choice from a list (set for 44 United Kingdom) and a second field with my uk number starting with 7 without the 0. I did not check the cost problem as I assumed if they offer a list with UK as a choice they can send sms to the UK
I tried to call 150 but I cant get an human and the automats just answer to things I didnt ask but nothing on the subject.
