I upgraded to roaming to use in America before I left UK , SOS on my mobile, unable to use mobile or call EE

@Angelaw6  There’s no upgrade to use roaming. You can purchase an add on so you can use your allowances while there but you still have to enable roaming on your account in order to use your device abroad.
