I keep receiving "not registered on network" messages

Hi

I keep receiving "not registered on network" messages which has disabled my ability to make any calls. I have tried the suggested solution steps, but no luck. I cant call EE so I want to use a live chat function to make contact with them. Where is the live chat function......please hep

Have you tried the SIM card in another phone to see if this follows the SIM or the phone?

What are the steps suggested, that you've tried?

Does your phone show coverage indicators?

Switch phone on/off

Switch flight mode on/off

Check network coverage
