Did you get this resolved as I have the same issue with an airlines OTP not getting to me.

If you're able to receive SMS from other users as well as OTP from other services, the OTP messaging service will be working correctly.
If the team are unable to find any incoming messages to the EE network from Qatar Air, intended for your number, it will confirm the issue is from their end.
You'd need to contact Qatar Air again to follow this up.

Please call Customer Service where a member of the technical team can refresh your connection, or raise a ticket to investigate where why you're not receiving the OTP's and get this resolved for you.
Is it only one company that you are not receiving OTPs from, or have you tried other companies too?

In addition, can you receive texts from other mobile users?

I’ve done the EE stuff and they cannot see any texts being blocked yet Qatar say they have sent them to the correct number

Yes texts and calls and pins from other sources arrive.
