Currently in Qatar, had a text this morning to inform me that as I have a spend cap in place EE have now barred some services including using my phone abroad. How do I remedy this?

Hello @Howlecki.
If you are the account holder you can remove your spend cap online through your My EE.
Please follow these steps via the app: Mobile Plan > Settings > Spend Cap
Or these steps via My EE Online: Account Settings > Manage your Plan > Spend Cap
