Hi, I have EE SIM cards with pay as you go and now they are on positive credit as I'm in Russia now. I can accept calls but can't call or text or use mobile date from EE SIM cards. Hen I call an Automatic system says that this service is not available, pls contact your customers service. I tried to register EE SIM cards on different Russian mobile networks, but failed. Only MTS rus accepts it, but it doesn't work. I got a text from EE that I may lose my number if don't use it, but I need to keep this numbers. How can I make calls from Russia with EE SIM cards or other ways to keep my numbers?

Remark, I switched on roaming option before living the UK.

Just to check, when you accept calls your PAYG credit does decrease (by £1.80 / min)?
Did you use those PAYG SIMs for making calls or texts in UK before you left to go abroad? EE PAYG SIMs need 1st activating on EE's home UK network. If it wasn't you can't now use it until you return to UK.
When did you last use them for a chargeable action?

The very fact that you are receiving calls shows that your roaming on EE is working. The issue is with the Russian networks. Maybe MTS RUS is not a roaming partner of EE but MEGAfon was or the Ukraine War has affected things..
