How to set up voice mail

I am unable to get voicemail. Any tips would be appreciated. I have an iPhone 13 Pro.

That doesn’t work, nor does using the divert. I get a message saying there is a problem trying to set that up.

Try texting VM OFF to 150 then turn off/on the device and then try VM ON to 150.
