Hi @samindap
EE don't offer conference call option, which tends to be a handset option. EE offer group call. I don't believe this has changed.
Thanks
To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone. You can call Freephone +44 800 079 8586 on Skype
EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

Hi @Northerner
Group Calling has not been available on EE since January 31st 2021.
The service had very low usage from customers, and our network supports third party tech and apps which enable group calling.

There are numerous third party services which use dial-in numbers to provide a conference bridge - some of which use landline numbers to provide no cost to the end-user.
Google is your friend.

Is it possible to escalate this to EE?
I am disabled (apshasia), because I suffered a stroke in 2017. I used to use ‘group calling’/ 3-way call until EE ended the service.
Until it ended, I used apps which could subtitle all calls - it was amazing because without it I couldn’t follow the conversation. The app used group calls.
such as RogerVoice
Without it is much harder
can you refer this to your accessibility team?
thank you

Hi @Ndcdavis
Thanks for coming to the community and leaving feedback.
I am sorry the Group Calling service is not available on EE, our network supports third party tech and apps which enable group calling.
Our Here For You | Accessibility services and support | EE, page has details on the support we offer to all our customers.

Leanne, maybe you would like to re-word your answer to "EE used to allow conference calling, but we removed it without telling customers"!!!
I along with many others used Conference calling!!!
I'm disabled and my parents both have dementia so I used to use conference calling a lot.
To say "our network supports third party tech and apps which enable group calling." Is ridiculous seeing your network supported conference calling too without having to use any 3rd party application... Why can't EE just say, we have taken this action for commercial reasons!!! If you can support it with a 3rd party app then there is no reason why you couldn't support it as it used to work WITHOUT having to use a 3rd Party app!!!
Having been an EE customer for over 30 years (Hutchinson Telecom/Orange/EE) this will mean I'll have to leave and move to Vodafone, although let's be honest. EE doesn't really care about losing 1 or even a number of customers 🤐
"We increase our prices, whilst giving you less facilities/functionality"..... I have no words!!!
