Hi Pjdring, you won’t be able to turn it off until the My EE apps updated, but quite simple, on the app too left corner is 3 lines, click that > settings > restrictions. I’m sure you need to upload credit card details for age verification.

Follow Switching Content Lock OFF or ON if you are on contract.
