I left EE two weeks ago and asked for PAC numbers for my phone and my sons who was on my account and also now left. They said they text us the PAC numbers. I received mine but he hasn’t. When I call EE my number is no longer recognised as an EE one so they just cut the phone off after not accepting it. There’s no option to speak to a human under what I want to ask. Do I just lie during the options until someone is there?? My son no longer has his old SIM so can’t text PAC from that. I just need his PAC sent to me on my mobile. I was the account holder.

Try calling CS on +44 800 956 6000 (option 2 > option 4) . That won't ask for an EE mobile no.
To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone
