How do I cancel myself being bared

Hi I can't make phone calls it said I was bared how do I stop or cancel being bared

  1. Are you in the UK. 
  2. Are you on EE PAYG or pay monthly contract.
  3. What device do you have and where did you buy it

Can you text BA to 150, what does it say.
