How can i contact EE for free from the USA

I think i forgot to set up roaming before i left the uk. I have roaming abroad and it's activated but I can't make calls because I have no network.  A) Should my phone have connected automatically to a USA carrier, and b) how do i contact EE for free from the USA.

1. No, cuz you never activated roaming before leaving UK.
2. You need to call CS to get your roaming activated. Try calling CS on the Freephone no. in my sig. on Skype over WiFi. It should be free.
