Honor 10 not making/receiving calls

My phone  sometimes does not allow me to make calls. Sometimes I get a message saying a number called but left no message. But the phone didn't ring.  It shows I have signal but sometimes says no service. I have checked my area and it's showing no issues.

Have called EE and they went through some steps. Hopefully been resolved.

For the benefit of others reading this forum seeking help, what were the steps that CS took you through?

Coverage displayed but "no service" error can often mean EE has no service but another network does - and thus "emergency calls only" can be shown.
