Hi,

I know it's been answered and the same text number, but i have this pop-up saying about charges.

Help?

I'm assuming this is the first time you've sent a text message to a shortcode from your current device?

If so - many phones have an in-built function to warn you of potential charges the first time you send a text to a "non-standard" number.

This is not being generated by the billing system, and is purely a device warning. Your phone has no way of knowing what charges may (or may not be) imposed for continuing.
